If you notice that there’s no data being displayed for Quietly Insights metrics like completion rate and average read percentage, these are be possible reasons why:
- The Quietly Insights analytics code isn’t installed on your site. Follow these instructions to install the analytics code.
- The URL in the “Sample content URL” under your Property Settings isn’t a piece of content (such as a blog post or article) but another page on your site. Check that you’ve entered the URL of a piece of content in the “Sample Blog Post URL” field in your Property Settings page.
- You just recently installed Quietly Insights. The Quietly Insights analytics code can only gather data starting from the day it was installed. If it was installed recently, there may not have been enough time for the analytics code to collect data. Wait for your next report to see if there’s more data available.
